4. Remain in this position for 20 to 30 seconds.
5. Now slowly bring both the head and knees back to the same position. Then repeat it for another side
Hip extension
1. Keep the right leg straight on the floor.
2. Now without bending the knee, lift the leg, so that tension is created on your hips.
3. Remain in this position for 5 seconds.
4. Now bring the leg down and do the same process with the other leg.
5. Repeating this exercise 10-15 times with different legs will give a lot of relief.
